This website, newwestcondos.ca, is operated by the Adam Lloyd Home Selling Team: Adam Lloyd and Camille Szpic (Camille Szpic Personal Real Estate Corporation), licensed with Stonehaus Realty Corp. We follow British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use a form on this site we collect what you enter: usually your name, email address, phone number, the property or building you’re asking about, and your message.
- Basic technical information. Like most websites, our server keeps standard logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested and time). To limit spam, our forms record a one-way scrambled version of your IP address rather than the address itself.
We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t buy lists.
How we use it
- To reply to your request, prepare an opinion of value, or follow up about buying or selling.
- To keep a record of our conversation with you.
- To protect the site from spam and abuse.
We will only send you newsletters or marketing emails if you ask for them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Where it’s stored and who sees it
Form submissions are stored on our website server, hosted by Amazon Web Services in Oregon, USA, and are emailed to us through Google Workspace. Information stored outside Canada may be subject to the laws of that country. Only Adam, Camille and team members who need it to help you can see your information. Stonehaus Realty Corp. may access records as our brokerage, and we may disclose information where the law requires it, for example to our regulator.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to help you and to meet our record-keeping obligations as real estate licensees, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to further contact at any time. Email adam@adamlloyd.ca and we’ll respond within 30 days.
